Today was a blaahhhzeeehhhh day but we went fishing anyway and Scooter had a blast reeling in the channel cats.
I on the other hand was getting bored so I decided to time warp with mix 98.9. The water was like glass and I had quite a
few houdini fish but nothing worth voguing for. My biggest fish of the day was a 3" blue gill that I didn't even know I had
on my line. I gave it up after a few hours and tried to kick back and take in some sun but the dang mallards and I got into
it, I was trying to nap and they were busy honking away, I guess they didn't understand Italian cause they just kept getting
louder- mama mia!!!!!!! Scooter was having a ball throwing out and reeling in but everything was little today, his biggest
cat measured out at 8"... A few more hours passed by and I was craving that juicy turkey breast I had simmering in the slow
cooker and decided to call it a day, Thank God for that, my head was pounding from the ducks and sun and my belly was grumbling
for some turkey!!!!!!!!
