Cut boneless chicken breast into small chunks
In a skillet add olive oil, minced garlic, chives and chicken
sautee till chiken is not raw
add mushroom pieces, diced tomatoes,
garlic salt and Italian seasoning
tomato paste, and milk for creaminess
let simmer about 10 min.then add
1C white wine
Let this simmer for about 15 min, at low heat to avoid scorching
While the chicken is cooking cook pasta, add about 2 TBSP of olive oil to keep the pasta from
sticking together
Strain pasta based on tenderness, I like aldonte but some like it cooked more.
Rinse oil from pasta and serve with chicken & Sauce overtop.
