Ingredients
1 1/2-3/4" thick London Broil
1 Bottle Lowreys Herb and Garlic Marinade
2tsp. minced onion
Meat Tenderizer
Preperation
Slice thin cuts into meat on both sides
Shake meat tenderizer on both sides
Pour Herb and Garlic marinade into baking pan
Add Minced onion
Add meat and marinade anywhere from 30min
to 1 day prior to cooking
Cook well either on grill or in oven @ 350*
slice in thin strips and serve
