Forgive me dear Lord for the words that I say

As I go throughout life, as I go through my day

For the things in life that I find so absurd

Are there any more morals, only just words



People do so many things that are just not right

Then expect us to give handouts as they fight for their life

I'm sorry I cannot keep my words to myself

For those who have no respect for themselves or anyone else



I ask for forgiveness for the many things I say

As I go inquizitely throughout my day

Please forgive me once again for the words I often do say
