Preheat Oven to 375*
Ingredients
Crust
3 C crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter melted
2TBSP sugar
1/4 C cocoa
Filling
2 pkgs cream cheese softened
1 C sugar
2TBSP flour
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 C milk
1 tsp LorAnns orange cream oil
2 drops red food color
2 drop yellow food color
Directions
---Crust---
combine crushed graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, cocoa. Press onto a greased 9x11 cookie sheet
covering only the bottom.
---Filling---
cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add milk, eggs, flour and orange cream oil. Blend well, add
food colors to make orange color, blend well and pour over chocolate graham cracker crust.
Bake for 40 min @ 375* . Toothpick should come out clean if placed in center of cheesecake while
baking to determine doneness. Cool and cut into 2" squares, place them into cupcake papers for added festivity... chill
for about 3 hours and serve.
