Ingredients
1 box Nilla Wafers Crushed
1/4 C. Cocoa
1 C Honey
1/2 C Barcardi 151 Rum
1/2 C Chopped Walnuts (optional)
2 C Powdered Sugar
Directions
Crush Nilla Wafers in either a food processor or blender,
add cocoa, honey, walnuts and rum, mix well, the dough will be sticky, roll into 1" balls
and roll in powdered sugar. No baking is required.
You can use a less potent Rum if you do not like the 151 but remember, the longer they sit, the
stronger they get...
