Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks butter
Juice from 2 lemons
1/4 C. peppercorns
2 TBSP paprika
2 TBSP worcestershire sauce
3-4 bass fileted
Preparations:
Melt butter in cast iron skillet
Add lemon juice, peppercorns, paprika and worcestershire sauce and bass filets
Cook 2-3 min on each side
Serve with sauce from pan
