Buttermilk Breaded Fried Fish

2 C Buttermilk
2-3 C Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp salt or garlic salt if you like garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying, Olive Oil is preferred for healthier meal but any will do..
 
4-6 Fish fillets any fish make sure fresh caught is descaled, and definned and properly cleaned inside of all guts, dehead.
 
Add salt and pepper to bread crumbs.
 
Place fish into bread crumbs first then into buttermilk then back into bread crumbs coat well.
 
Place fillets into hot oil in a skillet and brown till golden usually about 3-4 min per side, do not overcook.
 
Remove and place on paper towel to remove excess grease and enjoy.
