Heat oven to 350*, spray pan with cooking spray to avoid sticking.
1 Stick- 1/2 C Butter or Margarine Melted
1TBSP minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp seasoned meat tenderizer
Clean fish well, descale and remove fins, head and as mny as the bones as possible, try to fillet gently to get rid of
them.
Melt butter and minced garlic in a small sauce pan.
Spray your pan with Cooking spray and lay fish in pan, season with garlic salt and meat tenderizer and pour garlic butter
sauce over top. back for about 15min or until fish is not fleshy anymore. Don't overcook, it should be a white and flakey
looking. Be careful you do not eat the bones,they can lodge themselves in your throat....
