Wow, that was wierd I thought to myself as I shook my head in disbelief. I continued on to
try to find where the music was coming from, the next room appeared to be a grand ballroom, as I entered the room the music
began to play louder and faster. I could hear voices around me and the sounds of laughter filled the room but there was nobody
there from what I could see. This venture was beginning to get stranger and stranger with each room I approached. Where was
the music coming from and where was the voices coming from I thought to myself. As I looked about the ballroom I could see
the room was designed with beautiful tapestry that lined each wall. Antique furniture sat on the left corner of the ballroom
and long marbletop tables sat just to the right. There were pictures that hung upon the walls of different people and scenes
of ancient indian battles. As I studied the pictures closer I noticed that a light gaseous scent began to omit itself into
the air. Suddenly I became faint and needed to set down. The old man appeared once again on the opposite side of the room
and began to speak. I told you to leave 109, you failed to listen, you will pay the ultimate sacrifice for your curiosity
he exclaimed then once again faded away.
A lady in a rocking chair soon appeared and hummed a sad tune as she held a small rag doll
in her arms. I slowly stood up to see if I would be able to stand, shook my head and walked towards the woman. I asked her
who she was and why she was humming such a sad song. Her eyes welted with tears but she never once acknowledged my presence,
she continued to hum. Cassandra appeaed in the room once again and told me her name was Katelin and she was sad because she
had lost her daughter somewherein the house as she journyed about looking for answers and the house slowly consumed the both
of them never allowing them to leave over 50 years ago. Cassandra again faded off into the distance. I walked towards
the doorway and left the ballroom to continue on with my venture, I was not willing to just walk away now I needed to know
just what it was I was that drew me to Landsdowne 109.
