Kaitie was a sick little girl and her only wish was to have a friend she could call her own. She and her father
went to the local pet store to find that friend but Kaitie's heart was set on a turtle. She looked at many different kinds
but what she wanted was just not there, her heart was set on a colorful turtle called a red eared slider that she read so
much about but the pet store did not carry them so Kaitie and her dad left to find another pet store. None of the
local area stores carried her red eared slider so Kaitie and her dad went home.
Before she went to bed that night she prayed that Jesus would send her a turtle then headed off to sleep.
