1 box orzo noodles
1 lg can pineapple
1 can maderine oranges
2 containers whipped topping
1 egg (beaten)
1 jar marichino cherries (chopped)
1 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. flour
Boil
Orzo noodles in pan till soft like pasta, drain and set aside
Simmer
In sauce pan pineapple, pineapple juice, egg, flour till it forms a thick glaze-like texture.
Pour over orzo noodles, mix well and place in refrigerator overnight.
Add
maderine oranges, cherries and whipped cream the next day and chill for 2-3 more hours.
Serve. makes a big bowl...
