1 Zucchini
2 c. bisquick
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
cooking oil
Heat
1/2" layer of cooking oil in skillet
cut zucchini into 1/4" slices and set aside
Mix
Bisquick, 1 beaten egg, milk and garlic salt to make batter, if batter seems too thick add more milk, it
should have a pancake batter consistancy.
Add
slices of zucchini to batter , coat well and fry in oil till browned on both sides, remove and sprinkle
with garlic salt...
