1 can Spinach
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 8 or 16 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pizza crust
pinch garlic salt
Heat
Cooking oil in skillet
Add
Spinach, garlic and salt and fry for about 10 min.
spread on pizza crust and bake about 20 min or until crust is browned and crispy
Top
With shredded cheese and bake another 5 min until cheese is melted..
