1-2 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 16 oz bottle A-1 steakhouse Barbeque sauce
1/2 lb swiss cheese
1 freshly chopped onion
1 can mushroom pcs. (optional)
Form
burger into 1/4" patties (2 per burger)
Top
with quarter size portion of barbeque sauce, onions, 1/2 slice
of swiss cheese, mushrooms and place another patty on top. Pinch edges to seal.
Cook
On grill till burgers are cooked thoroughly cooked inside and out
usually about 15-20 min.
Top
Add another quarter size portion of barbeque sauce and another half pc.
of swiss. Once melted, remove and serve.
