As we headed towards our bungalows, we ran into Gary who was in a hurry to make it over to the beach Cabaret, Jaine was taking her umbrella and other beach accessories to the Twist, the part of the beach where all the muscular surfer dudes hang out, Pete was enjoying a nice relaxing float on his inner tube on the inlet and Bo, the local hippy was just strolling along talking to himself. Looks like this year's trip will be an interesting one I thought to myself. I couldn't wait to get changed and join in on the local activities. Hula classes were being held over on the north side of the beach. I had heard they had a new instructor by the name of Kimemota this year, he was described by some of the girls as a very handsome Hawiian dancer who left the Islands due to all the volcanic activity occuring in past years. Larone was headed over to the Twist to try his hand at some very intense surfing with the guys then later we would meet back up for a Luau style dinner and a concert with some of the big named bands that just happened to be touring the islands this year.
