Children learn what they live.
It's a new year and things have already been going terribly bad, animal abuse is on the rise, killings at Universities
are plaguing us not here locally but who's to say when it may happen, I pray that it never does. I have been seeing more children
suffering abuse which is heartbreaking to say the least. The newest thing kids are trying is crushing smarties and snorting
them like cocaine, how aweful that children learn this at such young ages but as it is said children learn what they live
and the parents should be held responsible for what the children see and learn because it comes from within. It amazes
me that our society has come to a point that they feel that by legalizing marijuana use will benefit our society, I know many
will disagree with me on this but it is only a temporary fix to the pain, it alters the mind and body for a period of time,
then what??? As I always say, "Pain Purifies, It Hardens The Heart and Strengthens the Soul", well all I can say is if one
chooses to walk that path in lfe, it is your choice but please don't let it destroy those around you, society is plagued with
enough violence and abuse, let's do the right thing and stop the hurt while we can. For all those who have lost loved ones
due to the violence around us my heart goes out to you, may you find peace and comfort to help you through those times. Let's
teach our children morals and values so someday they may be able to grow to be proud and become a pillar in society.
I worry which road we are headed down as a society, do we continue to have to look over our shoulders or will there ever
come a time where we can live in peace, God Only knows our fate.....
Child abuse is more than bruises or broken bones. While physical abuse is shocking due to the scars it leaves, not all
child abuse is as obvious. Ignoring children’s needs, putting them in unsupervised, dangerous situations, or making
a child feel worthless or stupid are also child abuse. Regardless of the type of child abuse, the result is serious emotional
harm.
Criminals target the physically frail and handicapped largely because they are the easiest target. People that have fewer
physical defensive abilities require additional methods of protecting themselves.
Although there is a need of alertness in every part of life for your self-protection, but in some cases you must need
a special level of awareness for it. It has been seen that people, during travels, feel very excited and forget to take precautionary
measures that are necessary for their self defense. This is something that needs to be taken very seriously.
