Tim was born May 13, 1991 to John T. Owen Sr. and Kathleen (Owen) Phillips, the middle
child of three children. He and his brothers John T. Owen Jr and Zackery Owen have always shared a special bond between them
and kept our family well entertained. Tim loves to read and play games on his computer as well as his gaming systems and has
always had a unique talent for drawing. His goals are to someday be able to attend a school of Graphic Design and design his
own computer games and graphics.
He always finds a way to make people smile with his whitty ways of doing things. Whenever I get stuck
on putting together a puzzle I know I can rely on Tim to help me get it together...
As a child we would spend many hours planting our flowers to beautify our home, when you needed a
hand all you have to do is ask and he is always there to lend his out.
